Activities
Alexandra de Saint Phalle recently completed work as appellate counsel in the Illinois Supreme Court in Wills v. Foster No. 104538. (June 19, 2008). This is an important decision because it decided for the first time that now all prevailing plaintiffs including those on Medicare and Medicaid will be able to recover the full reasonable value of their medical expenses despite the discounts received by the Medicare and Medicaid to resolve the bills.
In addition to her work in attempting to recover for injuries received by members of the public. Alexandra de Saint Phalle has also lectured on topics of continuing legal education for the Illinois Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association and National Business Institute.
